The integration of Outlook e-mail and SAP
The company decided to use Business Mail 4 SAP ®(documentation for e-mails in SAP), an add-on for the mailbox that connects Outlook and SAP. This can be easily installed by each user or provided centrally by the admin. Business Mail 4 SAP ® fulfills the task of connecting Outlook and SAP for any business object.
The add-on is integrated directly into the Outlook e-mail view and shows each user the master data (company and contact) for the sender of an e-mail in a separate area. It also shows the corresponding SAP processes that are assigned to the sender of the email.
