With Gustavo Gusto Pizza, Gustavo Gusto GmbH & Co. KG started the revolution in the deep freezer. In 2003, Christoph Schramm, then a business administration student, opened the first wood-fired pizzeria in Passau and achieved complete success. To research the perfect basic recipe, he first went on a trip to Italy with friends. In the years that followed, more restaurants and a delivery service were added. Finally, the friends came up with the idea: it must be possible to get such a genuine Italian experience from the freezer - and the story of Gustavo Gusto began.

The company has been growing unstoppably since 2016. With 45,000 store visits a year, the demand for documentation and analysis of existing customer data is also growing. The in-house sales department introduced in 2019 increasingly demanded appropriate software. With GEDYS IntraWare, the sales department introduced a reliable and functional CRM system that meets the department's individual requirements.
