    File integration into CRM

    You work with files and documents outside the CRM and would like to see them in the CRM, for example directly for the customer, an opportunity or a project.

    With the new File integration widget , you can link a CRM data record to a folder on your file system.

    You can view and open the assigned files via the widget and also store new data on the file system using drag & drop

    See attachments in the preview

    Save yourself the trouble of downloading and opening each individual attachment to view the content. The new attachment widget shows you all the attachments in a document in the form of a slideshow. You can conveniently switch through attachments such as images, videos and PDF files.

    Dates and deadlines for documents

    With Gedys CRM 8.13, deadlines can now be created for every document and thus important deadlines can be met.

    The subject of the document is transferred to the subject of the appointment or task.

    You can also select resources from the NAB directory when creating appointments and invitations.

    Online meeting with Webex

    Online meetings have become an integral part of customer service. In addition to Jitsi and Microsoft Teams, we have now also integrated the provider Cisco with WebEx Meetings into appointment management at the customer's request.

    Language setting per user

    You probably prefer your native language as the language setting in the browser, but you need to work with the CRM system in your company in a different language.

    Offline functions

    If you don't have an Internet connection when you're out and about, you can still look up information about your customers in the CRM app and create visit reports and phone notes offline.
    To prevent dead spots from causing you extra work, data that has already been entered is temporarily stored in the CRM app in the event of a connection failure.

    Push notifications

    By activating push notifications, you will automatically receive news about tickets, workflows, appointments and documents that you are following on the start page of your smartphone. Without you having to open the CRM app.
