As a platform-independent, standardized, expandable interface, the REST API enables data exchange across different software systems. This allows you to:
The data integration widget has been extended to be able to use REST web services in addition to SAP and JDBC data. ERP data is displayed in CRM via the "360° view" widget (e.g. quotations, invoices, sales).
All access is via REST and API gateway.

New: Before you save your new entry in the CRM, you can decide
whether you want to compare the documents found with your new entry.

In the start menu, you can call up the new start page "Duplicate editing", compare duplicates found and merge them.
You can also start a duplicate check as a mass action on an existing address database.
When displaying the folder structure in lists, the number of documents per category can now be displayed.
A link to the YouTube channel has been added to the "First steps" widget.
The "Last activity" field is automatically filled with the date of the last customer activity. This makes it easy to filter customers according to their last activities.
Service:
If emails are received for tickets, the tickets are displayed again in the ticket inbox for your attention. They can now also be removed from the inbox.
The ScoreCard widget and the Inbox widget in the service area now have a mechanism for automatic updating when changes are made.
Business Mail 4 Web can now document several emails at the same time.
