The industrial company Joh. Sprinz GmbH & Co. KG processes raw glass and manufactures high-quality products such as glass doors, glass façades and shower enclosures. Collaboration with numerous external partners led to a need for more efficient service processes and clear work assignments. Sprinz realized that a standardized system was needed for this. 

Associations and wholesalers wanted an information portal from Sprinz that would allow all parties involved in a work process (such as trade representatives and fitters) to easily view information and progress on orders.

In doing so, the players should initiate the next step by consciously and manually changing the status, so that a smooth process can be guaranteed. Above all, the new software should also replace the previous communication, which was mainly carried out by telephone and fax and was cumbersome and inefficient when on the move.

The special solution from Gedys Intraware has saved around 70-80% of telephone calls, saving time and nerves. Ordering and assembly processes can now be monitored in detail. If there is a problem at a certain point, it is possible to intervene. Thanks to the special solution, any problems that arise can be communicated in good time and response times are significantly shorter. Rights and roles can be assigned to all those involved, so that each party can only process what falls within their area of responsibility.
