L. STROETMANN SAAT GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1791 and is now managed by the sixth generation. The company focuses on the food and seed trade, whereby trading in grain and seed has been a core competence of the company for 225 years. Tradition is seen here as a springboard into the future. The group of companies relies on committed, imaginative employees, attaches great importance to a family atmosphere and reliable suppliers, who are crucial for customer confidence.
In addition to the headquarters in Münster, the company operates nine other sites, including seven modern production and processing facilities with their own laboratories. Customers are offered an extensive range of products at six sales branches, including cereals, maize, rapeseed, catch crops, seed mixtures and turf.
The L. Stroethmann company can respond to the wishes of prospective buyers in the best possible way, as it can offer everything from the design, production and marketing of its own turf mixture to an exclusive range. The groups of buyers are broadly diversified. In addition to the private agricultural trade and primary cooperatives, the company also supplies farmers, food retailers, DIY stores and drugstore chains throughout Germany.
Requirements:
- The company's own merchandise management system (in-house development) should be linked to a standard CRM solution
- The ability to run merchandise management and CRM on one server should be guaranteed
- The CRM software should be easy and intuitive to use and at the same time highly functional
- The need for sales to distribute customer information quickly and easily must be covered
- Individual data provision per sales representative should be made possible
