    Highlights

    • The sales team can immediately see who is responsible for which inquiry, what information is already available on the inquiry and the buyer, and what the current status of the inquiry is. Data on contact persons is transferred from SAP to CRM via an interface.
    • Key figures relating to the respective sales opportunity previously had to be compiled from several Excel lists (opportunity size, follow-up, win-loss analysis). The time required for this has been reduced from several hours to just a few minutes, as the evaluations can now be created with a click of the mouse.
